Positive?

So a little over a month ago I had a D&C after finding out I miscarried at my 12 week appointment. Today I took a test and it looks really similar to the very first one I took with the first pregnancy. I just need reassurance that I’m not crazy and that it’s possible for me to already be pregnant.

I haven’t had a period yet and my boyfriend and I were not using protecting because I didn’t think it was really possible to get pregnant sooo soon. Is it bad to get pregnant so soon after a miscarriage? Does anyone have success stories to share?
