I need help please 😭

Right I'm on month 4 or 5 of the mini pill as I'm not quite ready for children as I'm only just adjusting to my illness.... back to my query beware TMI incoming..... so for 2 weeks now I've been losing brown discharge and what I think is old blood of some sort.... until this time I haven't bled once on the mini pill... but to add to the discharge I'm having slight stomach cramps too

Last month I was either throwing up or feeling sick constantly for a good week or so, so I took a pregnancy test and it was negative (I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend around the end of February)

Can someone advise me as losing this discharge is making me feel really dirty and the cramps are not nice....

I would come off the pill BUT I'm not just on it for contraception I also have heavy and extremely painful periods

HELP ME PLEASE 😭
