Easy at home test from amazon

So I’m currently 16dpo. I started having lower back pain today along with light cramping. I had super sore breast. But it’s started to not hurt as bad. My period was supposed to start yesterday. No sign of period today. Should I trust these test or just go out and get a first response? I’m just hoping I’m not out for this month. I don’t want to be disappointed. Anyone get a positive after 16dpo? Please help!
