Gestational diabetes advice
Hello! I was recently diagnosed with gestational diabetes and I’m currently testing my blood sugar 4 times a day. The one test that I am struggling with is the fasting test in the morning. I’m having a hard time getting my blood sugar under 90. Does anyone have advice for how to keep my numbers low? Thank you!! 😁
