101-103 fever 1 year old

Hi ladies , so my son just turned 1 and he’s been having fevers from 101 up to 103 this will be day 3 . We took him to the er and said he’s fine that it could just be a virus . Is this concerning ? Not sure what to do no more at this point . Should I let it just be it ? The Dr said to go back if it lasts more then 5 days !
