!!!!!!!!! URGENT

hello everyone, this might be TMI so I apologize

my boyfriend and I just had sex and um... when he pulled out to take his condom off and cum, he came a little too early and there was a giant hole in the condom... now when we started and very well up to the end, there was no hole in said condom. we check periodally because it happened to a friend of ours too.

he and I are both scared that he didn't pull out in time, even though he didn't cum until he was out.

what should we do???

also please please please don't judge that we pull out because we do that to be safe just because of the whole condom having a hole thing and this is the first time the hole has ever happened to us
