PCOS IVF protocol?

Hi ladies,
I have PCOS and mild endometriosis, and am starting my first round of IVF next month (after 2 failed IUIs).  For those of you with PCOS, what were your IVF protocols?
My doctor has me on birth control for 7 weeks to let things calm down a bit after the IUIs, and then I will start 150 ui menopur and will then add in Fyremadel (Ganirelix). 
Have you responded well with just Menopur? 
For my IUIs I was on Gonal F (different doctor/clinic).

I have PCOS, and I was on 100 follistim and 100 menopur for the first two days, then upped to 150 of each for the remainder of my cycle. My doc kept trying to keep it at 100 after my ultrasounds, but when my bloodwork came back each time he had to call and bump me up again, my estradiol kept coming back a little low. I also had to go every other day for an US and blood draw, everyone else I know who did IVF went every 3rd day 🤷🏼‍♀️ But I’m 32 weeks with twins now! Good luck!!

I have mild PSOC. My first cycle I was on 75 menopure and 75 Follistim which she bumped to 150 for the last few days of the stims. I was also doing cetrotide starting on cd10. With extraction on cd15. The cycle failed with only 5 eggs retrieved, 3 mature and non fertilized. I m now on bc again for 3 weeks and she is changing my protocol to 150 menopure and 150 Follistim and Lupron since I didn’t respond well to the other protocol.
