Endo is back or an infection

Well its ovulation week and ttc for #2 going on 11months. I had endo removed in January if this yr. Now I believe its either back or an infection. I am in so much pain can hardly stand, walk, or even lay down on stomach. Hurts in the dead center of my pelvic region, and it hurts when I pee there (like alot of pressure) and really hurts when I have a bowel movement. All same symptoms I had before having endo removed. Ugh prob go to doc they will prescribe some antibiotics but I really wanted to ttc🙁
