How do you motivate your man to do the dishes?

Is it just me or is most men out there allergic to doing the dishes? We don’t have a dishwasher in our apartment so we have to do them by hand. Now I usually do my dishes and dry them and put them away. I have to keep asking my man hey can you do your dishes cause I need to use the sink and it’s full of them. Granted we don’t have a big sink ether and he works all day too. He even will do his own laundry which isn’t that hard ether. Sometimes he will help me cook which is awesome. He says he will and ends up going back playing video games or whatever else he would be doing. How do I motivate him on doing the dishes?
