Had a MRI on my neck told I have a thin Syrinx c4-c7 area. Is this super dangerous?!

I had a neck MRI it should 2 bulging disc, 1 herniated disc and a subtle thin syrinx from c4-c7. Its super thin I could barely see in MRI photo. Doctor didn’t say much and said neurologist will have to discuss. I have to wait a month from a Neuro. So figured I’d post on here to see if anybody knows if it’s dangerous or can go away on its own. Or even personal experiences. I can’t sit for a month in anxiety wondering. Google is saying the worst of course. Anxieties ata. 10
