Anyone else?

So I am currently 5 weeks pp and every now and then I get this sharp shooting pain (almost like a stabbing pain, like someone is stabbing me with a knife up there). Has anyone else had this? Also, this is basically what my contractions felt like during delivery instead of period cramps so is it just my uterus contracting back down? Go for my follow up visit next week but wanted to see if anyone else had this as well and what they did to help with the pain. TIA!! :-)
