Blood clots 3 months pp

I’m 3 months pp

And I’ve been on BC pill for about 1 1/2 months.

I have what i think is my first period since having my baby ( c section) and today I noticed I passed a fairly good sized clot.

Is that normal. Is it the bc pill that caused it.

Should I be worried?

Should I call my doctor?

My flow is kinda light to medium right now but I am seeing blood cloths here and there , small ones but I did get worried when I saw a big one come out.
