Boob Cramps??

Okay, so I'm used to the usual breast pain and swollen breasts before my period, or my boob feeling like it's on fire. But the last couple 3 or 4 days? they have gotten quite a bit bigger, over flowing when I put on my bra and boyfriend noticing bigger, and also my lower right breast has had like a...constant cramp? Ive stopped wearing my underwire bras incase that wouldve been causing it. Im have an IUD, idk if that would have anything to do with it. I also just had my "period".
