Allergic to what?!

This is absolutely one thing I HATE talking about. For one it sounds weird and for two it’s not common.

Here goes;

I’ve been having this issue that whenever I exercise, I break out in hives. Like large, itchy, welts. And if I ignore them and keep doing what I’m doing the itch intensifies and they start to hurt. When I DO scratch, the hives just don’t get bigger but my legs start to swell and these little red spots that I think are broken blood vessels begin to appear.

I could be doing something as simple as walking or jogging and I flare up. The rash also appears if something is rubbing against my skin. Because I go to a massive school and I carry my backpack it sometimes causes a rash in the lower part of my back.

Sometimes nothing causes the rash and it comes out of no where and it always appears on my but cheeks and honey let me tell you! Trying not to scratch in public is the hardest thing, especially if you have a rash forming on your ass. I cannot tell y’all the number of times I’ve had to run into a bathroom stall just to scratch.

Frankly, I’m tired of this shit. I’m tired of itching due to the tiniest things. This may not seem like a big deal to those who read this but honestly I have mental breakdowns because my skin won’t stop flaring up. I have scars on my body from scratching over and over. I just want it to stop. It’s so uncomfortable. Antihistamines help so much but I’m tired of taking them. Drowsy or non-drowsy they make me sleepy.

Can anyone help me end this nightmare?
