Is this normal or should I be scared I have breast cancer!

So I’m 17 and theres no history of breast or ovarian cancer anywhere in my extended extended family. So I wasn’t super worried. But then I did a quiz on eve and it freaked me out. Sometimes I get little red bumps on like the top part of my chest like my collarbone and I got this one one on my boob and it acted just like a painful pimple and coz I’m weird and stressed I popped it and there was some pus and now there’s just a faint scar. But I’m scared now. My boob was also slightly itchy on the left side and sometimes the nipple can get a bit flaky but it’s after my boyfriend does stuff to them (that’s also the only time they hurt except on my period) so I assumed that was the cause. And it’s not really that itchy anymore and it could’ve just been my bra coz I don’t think my bra fits well.

There’s no visible changes or anything. Should I be worried? :(
