As others pointed out stop using the powder lawsuits are happening for it causing cancers and so forth. The rash it can be anything allergic reaction heat a d so forth. If it’s a big concern of your sisters take him to be seen by his pediatrician so they can diagnose what it is

Watch baby powder. Used to take cases for a national law firm and it freaks me out 😂
It could just be an average reaction to a detergent, spray or someone’s skin even. I’d monitor it overnight and call if it worsens.
