New to using Menstrual Cups
So I've been doing my research on menstrual cups for about a year now and I bought my Lena cup a week or so ago... I am having trouble actually inserting it... I keep droping it or it pops open before I can insert it. From what I can tell, I have a high cervix, I can barely reach it when I insert my entire pointer finger.
