Folic Acid/Folate

My diet has been horrific since nausea has taken over (I’m still creeping through the 1st trimester), and so I occasionally get concerned about getting enough nutrients. I take a prenatal with 600mcg of folic acid**, but have not been eating veggies like I normally do. I started looking up what has folate and found that a lot of our foods seem to be fortified with it (like pasta and bread). Peanut butter, fruit, etc all have folate. So it seems, especially if you’re taking a prenatal, it’s unlikely you’d run a deficiency in folate. Do you think that’s correct?

**Edit: Thanks to those who have responded so far. I just read my prenatal nutrition facts again and it says it’s folate sourced from broccoli.
