You’re at a high chance of getting it but it doesn’t mean you definitely will. I had it my first pregnancy and I’m pregnant again. My doctor has started me on baby aspirin in my second trimester to help avoid it.

I was told the risk is about equal as with your first pregnancy.  Higher because you’ve had it previously, but also lower because it’s your second pregnancy.  I did not get it my second pregnancy and am dealing with low blood pressure my third pregnancy.
