So my boss wants me to be a senior naturally she asked someone to run through medication with me and they didn’t as they don’t like me?? Does anyone else think that’s bad practice anyway I’ve managed to sort out my own shadow shift but can’t help but feel the boss should have arranged a shadow shift and been all like come in the night before and shadow the medication ... as surely less mistakes are gonna be made this way?? but she wasn’t I had to ask her... starting to feel like this is poorly led ive sorted out my own shadow shift for tonight and I’m meant to be a senior carer tomorrow night
