Input, please?

So, I’ve done my share of looking up on here what I’m going to ask. I am 3dpo and I’ve had mild cramping and spotting yesterday morning and this morning. I have never had it and I’m very in-tune with my body. We b’d everyday in my fertile window and now this. I know that it’s too soon for anything to be happening. But has this happened to any of you ladies and you got your bfp? I’m just not sure what’s going on at this point so any input would be fantastic! Thanks in advance!
