Boobs leaking .. could I be pregnant again?

Hey ladies, so I have a 10 month old, I stopped breastfeeding about 4 months ago, so my boobs have not leaked for a couple months now. I am in between birth controls, supposed to start a new one when my period comes (should be next week) but my boobs just randomly started leaking again. We are not trying, but not preventing, so it wouldn’t be horrible if I got pregnant right now, not ideal, but we would be happy. Had this happened to anyone? Last time when I started leaking during pregnancy it wasn’t until close to 3rd trimester, could it happen earlier this time or from my 10 month old? Experiences?
