Anyway I can make these buttons permanent?

So the shirt isn’t too small. It is like this on the hanger. But the buttons slide off so easily because the fabric is soft. Anyway I can make these permanent? The shirt is very stretchy. 
I just had a baby so excuse the extra fat.

Well let me start off by saying I cant even tell you just had a baby, you look great 💁
As for the buttons, you could try sewing them together and just slide the shirt on. Or you could try a tiny squiggly line of hot glue on the back of the buttons to give them more traction. I put hot glue zigzags on all my hangers and none of my shirts slide off anymore. Idk if it will work on the buttons, but if not you can easily remove it and try something else :)

They're slipping off because your boobs are big for the shirt. To correct this maybe replace the buttons with a zipper or you can replace them with snap buttons. Not sure what they are called. Or you could even see the button holes a little more to make the holes more tight so the buttons dont slip out. Another thing is you can see on a bra strap clip. The things on the back of the bra that snap together, just sew those on the inside and snap them together and then button the shirt up. You can buy them in small strips because that's what I did when I sewed my corset. Hope this helps or gives you some ideas! The shirt is adorable!
