End of period question

I have to ask this question. Does anyone else have these two things happen towards the end of their period: First, does anyone’s flow either go away or get super light and then have it come back with a passion. Second, the last day of my period always comes with a stabbing-type cramps with clots and it lasts for an hour or two and then it stops. It always heralds the end of my period but it’s awful. And it’s always been this way from the time I started my period until now. It sucks! I hope I’m not alone in period weirdness.
