Baby measuring a month ahead

So I had my growth scan today and they let me know my little man is currently measuring 6 lbs 15 oz and I’m only 33+4 weeks.

They suspect it’s gestational diabetes even though I passed the 3 hour glucose (had to take it twice, once in first trimester and once in third and passed both times) so now I have to monitor my blood sugar for a week. Has anybody had anything similar happen? I honestly just think my little man is a big baby but they’re set on I’m diabetic and don’t want to discuss otherwise until they see my blood sugar numbers.
