Help!
I’m scared! I think that I am sick with anorexia. I can’t eat anything anymore without thinking about the amount of calories are in things. I HATE the feeling of being full but I LOVE the feelings of being empty. I try to limit what I eat and tell ppl that I eat heaps at home. But even then I lie to my parents and say that I already ate my dinner when really I ate my “dinner” as my lunch. I’m a full time dancer (which means I dance over 4hrs a day) and I’m meant to eat 2500 calories but I only eat 700! Pls I need help and guidance. I want to loose weight but healthily
