Vasectomy reversal

Just sharing with those of you that will understand my heart break. My partner and I went in the same week for an HSG and sperm analysis following his vasectomy reversal. My HSG went well but his analysis came back azospermatic(hope I spelled that right) that means no sperm. I am completely heartbroken. I don’t have words for the pain that I feel. We both have kids from previous relationships and we are so blessed. But we were not in good relationships then and just really wanted one of our own. I am sad 😞. We are going to look into to IVF with sperm retrieval but it’s very expensive. Any stories with this experience. I’d love to hear from someone who’s been where I am .
