What was your first period like after stopping birth control?
I just got my first period after stopping birth control. OH MAN is it heavy! I haven’t experienced this in almost a decade.
I used to have the most excruciating cramps, but they haven’t gotten that bad (yet?). Now I just have my normal back pain and fatigue. What are your experiences and how have they changed over the next few cycles?
