How to Live with Depression
I’ve been diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), which is somewhat of a relief because I don’t have to wonder if I have it or not. So now that it’s officially diagnosed, I want to take it seriously and try to overcome this illness. Anyway, for those of you who have depression: how do you deal with it in life? Do you try to exercise? Do you keep a routine schedule? I do have a treatment plan already in place, but I wanted to know if there were other treatments that I didn’t know about. Thanks in advance!
