can stress cause miscarriage ?

im 4 weeks 5 days and ive been really stressed out crying all the time . my mom had a stroke on mothers day ( the day i found out i was pregnant ) shes been in the hospital since and shes getting worse everything they are finding is cancer . they might have to cut off her foot because it not getting oxygen shes on the ventilater and today i have to talk to the doctors and decide whats best for her . im going through such a tough time knowing my mom is dying im 22 years old and im losing my mom 😭💔 i dont want to end up losing my baby either from all whats going on . 😭💔
