Mines on a month. Your doctor will just tell you -humidifier- steam in the shower- bed wedge under crib mattress-snot sucker- repeat repeat repeat. Not worth the trip to the doctor office. -promise.

Do you have a humidifier? That would help with congestion and definitely suck the snot out with either a nose frida or the bulb

Make sure you are suctioning babys nose. My daughter has sounded similar but after a suction she was much clearer
