How do you guys keep up motivation? 😩
So don’t get me wrong, I’ve made good progress and I’m feeling stronger, buuuut I swear I’m losing motivation around every turn. I’m 8 months pp so I’ve been slowly getting back at it and just stopped breastfeeding about three weeks ago so I’m still adjusting to that. I just keep finding myself feeling defeated lately with how long it’s taking to get back to feeling good, I’ll be super proud one day then completely down the next feeling like I’ll never get to where I want to be or it’s going to take way longer than I had hoped. I have two kids under 3 and I’m a stay at home mom so I feel so stressed out between trying to workout, clean the house, cook and keep the children alive and squeeze it all into one day 🤦🏼♀️ I guess I’m just looking for some inspiration! Share your stories and hardships! I need to stop my pity parties and remember that other women are going through the same thing also!

On the right is my 12 weeks of PP easy exercises and then I’m on week 3 of some killer HITT exercises.
The time when I’m losing motivation is I feel like I’m just looking like the picture on the right for weeks without anymore progress and that’s what’s bringing me down.
