What does this sound like?

For about a week now, I wake up to HORRIBLE cramps/stomach aches, but only in the morning for about an hour then it’s done for the day. I went to doc on day three of it, and we did a urine sample... pregnancy cane back negative but UTI came back positive. The only symptoms I had were the cramps, no pain with urinating or anything else. Just for to two days ago, now I have bad heart burn and my nipples are stupid sore, along with still having “cramps”, even after taking antibiotics like I was supposed to...?
