Should i be worried?

Ive been on the mini pill for 3 months now. In little ovet a week now will be 4 months. I take it correctly and followed doctors instructions on how to take it. I have taken it every single day. Haven't missed a day and nevet late. Always take it on time. Well this month i noticed i was 9 days late. And about 3 days ago i started to bleed on and off. Is this implantation bleeding or just spotting or bleeding from the pill? Should i bee concerned about pregnancy? I've also remebered that my period was longer than usual last month it was almost 10 days long. And then spotted like normal a week or so later from the pill for a few days. Could that be a factor to why I'm late?

-update- its a lot darker heavier now. It starts off as light then gets heavier for awhile
