Anyone help me please

Sorry about the photos (I’ve not shaved😂). So a few weeks ago I’ve been really itchy down below, mainly near my bum. Went to doctors and she said it was a yeast infection, I’ve used what she gave me but still have the itchiness. I’ve been thinking I have warts and all sorts any help please

(I have stretch marks here as well 😭) I’ve posted before and not had any comments on help
