Is this normal not to feel your baby move? I’m 13 weeks 4 days

I dropped my phone on my belly and haven’t been able to feel them move? I’m pregnant with twins, I’ve been feeling them regularly. 
I feel scared

That’s very early to be feeling actual fetal movement.  You may have just been feeling twinges from your uterus stretching or gas bubbles.  As far as dropping your phone on your stomach that would not harm the babies.  They are very well protected in there.

13w is too early to worry whether or not you can feel your babies.
Your uterus is much bigger than the babies at this point, so it's easy for them to move or kick and you not feel it.
Kick counts don't start til 28w for that reason.

They’re pretty protected in there. I don’t think your phone falling on your belly could do anything harm. Drink something sugary like orange juice and lay on your left side. That should get them bopping around.
