Mensural Cup

So this is the first time trying the cup. I didn’t do much research so I just assumed that it’s supposed to last or be changed in the 10-12 hours.

So, just so those who are new to the cup and/or are thinking about getting one, you will likely have to change it more often. Especially on your heavy days it will likely need changing every 3-5 hours. Unless you are blessed with a light flow.

So far it’s still far better than cramp inducing tampons and dealing with changing your pad non stop.

Note: I still wear a pad because I’m new to this and like having the back up protection.
