bleeding during sex

What could be causing bleeding during sex? I’m a smaller girl and my boy friend is a pretty big guy. I love being on top but every time I’m on top I bleed, and when he goes deep I bleed too. I want to enjoy sex with him and not be afraid to bleed and kill the mood. I just recently had a gyneo appt and everything checked out and was fine. Anyone else experience this? Any advice?
