Call me crazy

You guys I swear to God I am pregnant. We've been trying for baby number 2 for about 10 months now. I had my nexplanon removed back in October And we've been trying ever since. I never got my period naturally after 9ish months so I stopped in at the doctors and they prescribe me with progesterone to kick start my periods it worked and a had my 1st period 2 weeks ago. We didn't want to wait and risk missing a perfectly healthy ovulation cycle. So for the last week we have BD every other day. Today is the day before my predicted ovulation day. But for 2 days I have been super sick and nauseous feeling and my boobs are super tender. Can this possibly be pregnancy? I'm hopeful lol
