Frustrated ... defeated

I’m so frustrated with what’s going on. My cycles were perfect up until January then they went out of whack. My best friend started her ttc in May,got pregnant and unfortunately ended in a chemical pregnancy 7 days in, and now is pregnant again.

We have been trying 11 months and nothing has really changed and now my body seems out of sync .

I have a doctors visit in two weeks. I feel so stressed and defeated. I don’t know what’s wrong or what to do. :(
