What should I do?

I am a young mom (20) looking to go back to school relatively soon. I would love to go for a 4 year degree, but with our financial situation it just isn't possible right now. I am stuck between these 2 choices. Cosmetology school is enrolling now, phlebotomy won't start until the fall.

I am very passionate about helping/serving people. I feel like both of these meet my interests, but I honestly don't know what to do.

My other choice is getting a job in the service industry (food, retail) which I really do not want to be in again.
