Frustrated

Daryl

I’ve been having pain on and off in my left back side- kidney-ish area since about two months into my pregnancy. It’s recently been more consistent and two weeks ago the doctor wrote it off as round ligament pain.

Today I called the advice nurse and she said take Tylenol.

It’s not back pain and it’s not muscle pain- it feels like it’s where my kidney is. It doesn’t hurt to urinate (no blood or cloudiness) and I go all day cause of the amount of water I drink (I don’t drink coffee or soda or anything sweet).

I can’t sit leaning to that side cause it hurts, but feels better when I put pressure with my hand or a pillow on it.

I’m just frustrated cause it seems like they act like I don’t know what I’m talking about when I talk about the pain. Like they just want to give me a generic answer so I just shut up.

Anyways has anyone ever felt this type of pain? I feel really alone and maybe like I might be crazy...or at least that’s how they’ve made me feel.
