16 weeks and pregnancy blues
I’m 16 weeks and I can’t seem to sleep at night SO is no help or has no compassion. And when I’m getting upset because I’m tired he looks at me like I’m crazy. Do you ladies have any suggestions.... I have tried going to sleep on a full stomach but wake up 2-3 hrs later, I’ve tried tea and hot baths,, I asked him for messages but he’s no help 😔😔 I just want a decent nights sleep that’s all 😩😔🤦🏽♀️
