Is there anything you can do about low blood pressure?

Is

I normally have a low blood pressure, but now I'm pregnant I can really feel it. I'm out of breath all the time and I almost faint and need to take breaks no matter what I do. I can't even do my makeup without taking a break and that's not even a strenuous activity. I do drink a lot of water, but that's all the advice I got from my doctor. I have a two years old and it's to the point I'll soon need someone else at home to help me out since I can barely do anything and I'm really afraid of passing out, leaving my toddler all alone. I've tried to Google it and all it says is that it's good to be active. I have always been a fairly active person, but it's out of the question now. I can't even go out and play in our garden without almost passing out. I really need help. Any advice would be appreciated.
