Need Help With Tests!

I generally go to sleep around 10:30/11 and wake up at 1:30/2 am to go to the bathroom. Then again around 5 or 6. When should I do the pregnancy test? Also, if I'm pregnant, what is a good brand to test early on? I currently have a dollar store one, but I don't trust it to be sensitive enough.
