Should I Be Concerned? Headache Since Friday

Question

I've had a headache over my right eye since Friday (going on 4 days) and woke up with it still there this morning. Should I be concerned about preeclampsia? I'm 33 weeks and haven't had high blood pressure readings at any of my appointments. I also don't have any of the other symptoms (no swelling, no vision disturbance).

I get that now that I’m so close to labor. Water helps me. I get dehydrated with the bathroom breaks I’m taking. I also took a tab of 325mg Tylenol yesterday (I don’t usually take one unless I need it). Headache is usually a normal sign of pregnancy. But if you feel that there is something is off, trust your gut and go to L&D. Preeclampsia can occur without symptoms.

Sounds like a tension headache. Call you doctor and see if you can take tylenol
