Blood color changing ???

At the begining of my period when I was wiping it was brown, normal usually just how I know my period started.

2 days normal red color. But last night my period (I had thought) stopped. There was only brown color when I wiped and I thought my period was over which usually it last for 5-6 days so this was short. Same thing when I woke up very minimal brown color when I wiped. Then I went to the bathroom and it was back to red. I have never experienced this before. Anyone experience this? Should I be concerned?
