Hey ladies, have any of you had a breast reduction??

I have had 2 babies and my boobs are a double D. I have really bad back pain. My shoulders hurt and I have to wear a bra or my back hurts really bad! My shoulders and my back will sometimes go numb because the way I sit. My posture is terrible. It hurts me to sit in the car straight up. I have shortness of breath. Like so many things I’ve found out that are related because of big boobs. 🙃🙁🙁 I’m going to the dr tomorrow. I’m just wondering if that might be a suggestion or what? I’m just constantly in a lot of pain.
