Post partum pain remains after 10 weeks!

I gave birth to my beautiful baby boy 10 weeks ago and I'm still having really intense pain right at the vaginal opening. It hurts all the time! I can't even sit on the toilet without pain.

Needless to say I'm less than thrilled that my husband is starting to want to be intimate again.. talk about anxiety!!!

I guess what I'm wondering is how long is too long for post partum healing? Should I be headed back to the OB? I start pelvic physio therapy in the middle of June. Kind of terrified of that too since it involves her using her fingers to assess the inner trauma to the muscles.
