OB/GYN

I need suggestions on what to do about going to an OB/GYN. I'm not the problem, it's my parents. They're super Christian and against abortion, birth control, sex before marriage, all that stuff. I lost my virginity in February 2018, so it's been quite awhile and I've Heard different times you should start seeing the OBG. I've heard go when you're 18, 16, when you start being sexually active, all of that and I'm already 16. I can't really tell my mom about me being sexually active because I'd be dead the second it comes out. If anyone has any suggestions on what to ask her/ if I should wait or not/ or just ANYTHING please help!!!
